YOUR GUIDE WILL BE WELL-EQUIPPED

Even before the pandemic, our guides have always been well-prepared. To keep you safe, our guides not only wear masks, they also carry extra masks in case you need one. Whether you need a spritz of sanitizer or some tissues, your guide is happy to oblige.

YOU’RE MOSTLY OUTDOORS

On the Downtown Cairo Food Tour, 70% of the stops are outdoors. That means that during your 4/5-hour tour, you’ll have plenty of fresh air. On Our Favorite Neighborhood Eats Tour, all stops are outdoors or very well-ventilated.

YOUR GROUP WILL BE EVEN SMALLER

Our bookings have tremendously decreased since March 2020, that means you’re likely to be in a group of 3-4 guests. But if that’s too much, you can book a private tour.

MORE RESTROOM BREAKS

We’ve doubled the opportunities for restroom breaks so you can wash your hands and face as much as you’d like to. Your guide is happy to lead you to the closest clean toilet on the route.

We’ve made sure our refund policy now factors in surprises posed by the pandemic, so you can make changes with ease. We’re also happy to offer you a date-exchange for free.

PANDEMIC-ADJUSTED REFUND POLICY:

100% refund if you cancel 3 days (72 hours) before the tour’s start time.

50% refund if you cancel 1 day (24 hours) before the tour’s start time.

No refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour’s start time.

Please note that transaction fees are non-refundable. Ask us about a date-exchange.
